Job Summary

Own the end-to-end order pipeline for YETI’s international distributor direct ship program, from order entry through shipment and delivery. Monitor daily for risks and exceptions across credit holds, inventory, documentation, and logistics constraints, and proactively communicate status, delays, and next steps. Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Logistics, Supply Planning, Trade Compliance, and Commercial to resolve issues, maintain accurate documentation, and report on key order metrics and trends.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the end-to-end order pipeline for international distributor direct ship orders from entry through shipment and delivery.
•Monitor orders daily for potential delays and risks tied to credit holds, inventory availability, documentation, or logistics constraints.
•Provide proactive order status updates to distributors and internal stakeholders, setting clear expectations and next steps.
•Coordinate cross-functionally with Credit, Operations, Logistics, Supply Planning, Trade Compliance, and Commercial to resolve order issues.
•Maintain accurate order documentation and track/report order-level metrics such as backlog, cycle time, on-time shipment, and exception trends.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
•Greater than 2 years of relevant experience in order management, operations, customer experience, supply chain, or sales support.
•Working knowledge of order-to-fulfillment or order-to-cash processes, ideally in a distributor or global environment.
•Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
•Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve non-routine issues using sound judgment.
