Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and review the end-to-end monthly close, including usage reviews, journal entries, revenue estimates, flux analyses, account reconciliations, and management reporting.
  • •Apply ASC 606 to evaluate complex and non-standard customer arrangements, document conclusions, and ensure consistent revenue recognition policies.
  • •Pull, validate, troubleshoot, and reconcile data across contracts, billing and revenue systems, and the general ledger to resolve discrepancies.
  • •Own key revenue accounts, manage revenue subledger-to-GL reconciliations for deferred revenue, contract assets, and unbilled accounts receivable.
  • •Lead system and process improvements, including defining requirements, leading UAT, strengthening internal controls, and supporting audit workpapers and disclosures.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Accounting or Finance
  • •CPA or equivalent professional certification
  • •10+ years of combined experience in public accounting, corporate revenue accounting, quote-to-cash, or related financial operations
  • •Strong understanding of ASC 606 and complex revenue recognition, including non-standard customer arrangements
  • •Experience supporting SOX compliance and external audits, with demonstrated ability to operate independently under tight deadlines
