Job Summary

Lead and execute complex building automation programs within the Building Automation unit, guiding projects from inception through delivery for commercial and institutional sectors. Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and subcontractors; manage schedules, budgets, and risk; ensure contract obligations and technical specifications are met while delivering high-quality, customer-focused outcomes from our Montreal office in a hybrid setup.

•Manage project calendars and budgets, ensuring contractual and technical specifications are met and aligned with client expectations.
•Coordinate and proactively plan workforce, material orders, and subcontractor installations.
•Review all contractual documents related to works.
•Evaluate, manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
•Provide progress reporting on projects to the project lead.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years d’expérience en technologies d’automatisation des bâtiments et/ou CVAC et/ou en gestion de projet / coordination de chantier dans le domaine de la mécanique du bâtiment.
•Diplôme postsecondaire complété dans un domaine pertinent.
•Permis de conduire valide de classe 5.
•Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit.
•Minimum 1 an d’expérience démontrée dans l’utilisation de la suite Microsoft (notamment Excel).
