Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and support control methods for weight and balance of in-process and completed assemblies and installations.
  • •Support actual aircraft weight and balance work and interface with organizations within completions.
  • •Track and maintain mass properties information and help mature internal processes.
  • •Provide technical assistance to engineering staff and contribute to project milestones.
  • •Lead digitalization improvement projects, develop automated methods/processes, and participate in AI-related daily work.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science (BS) Degree in Engineering (Aero, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical).
  • •Minimum three (3) years plus experience in aircraft compliance experience.
  • •Clear and in-depth knowledge of aircraft mass properties and flight physics calculations and analysis.
  • •Ability to write reports, technical memorandums, interface agreements, and work statements using high-level technical English.
  • •Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, bills of material, compliance documentation, and technical documentation.
