Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor IFEC availability and daily aircraft IFEC health status, ensuring failure alerts are attended to.
  • •Coordinate with IFEC maintenance providers (MRO) for timely maintenance, defect rectification, and technical support.
  • •Investigate significant IFEC issues by meeting and greets inbound aircraft, and provide follow-up summaries for recurring matters.
  • •Assign and manage tasks to the IFEC Rangers, providing timely updates/reports to management.
  • •Drive down deferred/recurring IFEC defects by analyzing trends and recommending outage recovery and troubleshooting steps with vendors.

Key Requirements

  • •Honours Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field.
  • •Minimum 1–2 years of experience in airline operations and/or aircraft maintenance (preferred).
  • •Ability to perform shift work to support the aircraft operational schedule.
  • •Excellent team player with analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills; able to work independently.
  • •Possess a Class 3 Driving Licence.
