Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead priority investigations and employee relations matters from intake through closure, ensuring timely, thorough, fair, consistent, and confidential case handling.
  • •Develop ER/investigation plans; conduct complainant, witness, manager, and subject interviews; gather and review evidence; assess credibility; and document factual findings.
  • •Prepare clear, concise, objective, and well-supported case summaries, findings, corrective-action records, and closure documentation in HR Acuity or designated systems.
  • •Strengthen investigations execution across key sites by improving ownership clarity, case hygiene, handoffs, aging discipline, and reopen prevention.
  • •Translate case data and recurring themes into practical prevention strategies, and build manager and HR capability through targeted ER coaching.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 2 years of experience in employee relations, workplace investigations, compliance/ethics, HR business partnership, labor relations, or a related corporate investigation/ER role.
  • •Experience drafting investigation findings, case summaries, corrective-action records, or executive-ready updates, with strong written and verbal communication.
  • •Ability to handle sensitive, confidential matters with discretion, neutrality, sound judgment, professionalism, and appropriate independence.
  • •Experience managing multiple ER matters or investigations simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
  • •Knowledge of workplace investigation best practices, employee relations practices, company policies/Code of Conduct expectations, and labor & employment law concepts.
