Lead the adaptation and delivery of education programs for the US market from Paris HQ, aligning training content with marketing and sales priorities, and ensuring brand standards. Manage retail training events, field engagements, and LMS initiatives to drive performance for US partners and internal teams. Reporting to the Global Training Manager, develop US-focused strategies, translate priorities into educational programs, and ensure cultural alignment and impact in a fast‑paced international environment.
