Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience across organizational development, talent management, job architecture, or management consulting.
  • •Built job architecture, leveling frameworks, or career ladders from scratch at meaningful scale.
  • •Read organizational data and form a clear, defensible point of view on what it means and what to do.
  • •Comfort discussing job analysis, leveling methodology, and organizational design with rigor.
  • •You can invent better frameworks rather than administer existing ones, and show examples of work you built that didn’t previously exist.
