Key Responsibilities

•Define and execute a 3-year strategy for the digital workplace modernization, including DaaS, VAD, and cloud-native endpoints.
•Lead and hold accountable an outsourced Managed Service Provider (MSP) to exceed SLAs and improve field ticket resolution quality.
•Oversee global patch management, image engineering, software deployment, and hardware standards with timely security compliance.
•Partner with Enterprise Security to ensure endpoint compliance, own patch velocity, and reduce attack surface.
•Own UEM/MDM tooling roadmaps and manage PC/peripheral vendor relationships, ensuring resilient supply chains and standards for a hybrid workforce.

Key Requirements

•Deep, hands-on enterprise experience with Windows and macOS in an enterprise environment.
•Proven track record evaluating or deploying VDI/DaaS (e.g., Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365) and understanding trade-offs vs. physical hardware.
•Expert knowledge of UEM/MDM frameworks and automated deployment (Autopilot, Apple Business Manager).
•Minimum 3+ years managing large-scale outsourced IT contracts and global MSPs.
•Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT (or equivalent), with a plus for ITIL v4, PMP, or advanced Microsoft/Apple certifications.
