Job Summary

Coordinate, schedule, and prioritize solar module manufacturing operations for Semiconductor or Module areas, using data to identify and implement improvements that enhance factory performance metrics and workforce outcomes. •Coordinate, schedule, and prioritize solar module manufacturing operations for Semiconductor or Module areas.
•Use broad data sources to identify and implement manufacturing improvements tied to factory performance metrics and workforce outcomes.
•Communicate with shift and cross-functional managers to achieve operations objectives and deliver P90 targets.
•Lead plant operations action items to closure to remove constraints for 24x7 operations, including recovery assessment and headcount/WIP assignment.
•Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and operations; serve as a semiconductor/module operations content expert and point of contact.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 56,100 - 80,000

Key Requirements

•Associate degree in a business or engineering discipline plus 6 years of technical manufacturing experience, or 3 years of First Solar technical experience.
•Bachelor’s degree, master’s degree, or Ph.D. in a business or engineering discipline with no experience required.
•Safety First mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
•Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and excellent written and oral communication skills.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data/reporting platforms such as Report Manager, Pro Clarity, and JMP.
