Lead product listing governance for TikTok Shop by researching, crafting, and implementing policies that support trust, consumer safety, and regulatory compliance across markets. Partner closely with Legal and other stakeholders to roll out enforcement strategies, analyze listing risks, and develop scalable policy mechanisms. Key Responsibilities

•Research, craft, and implement product listing policies that uphold platform trust, consumer safety, and regulatory compliance across markets.
•Stay close to GR/Legal and translate listing requirements into policy insights and listing control guidance.
•Manage go-to-market policy rollouts and enforcement strategies across markets in alignment with cross-functional goals.
•Analyze data to identify, mitigate, and monitor risks, developing signals and metrics to detect and respond to emerging listing abuse patterns.
•Operationalize scalable listing policies and enforcement mechanisms, and use dashboards, audits, and case reviews to evaluate ecosystem health and enforcement effectiveness.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or above and 3+ years of hands-on experience in e-Commerce governance strategy.
•Fluency in English with strong coordination and communication across cross-functional teams.
•Familiarity with SEA e-Commerce compliance requirements, internet governance, and regulatory processes.
•Ability to implement regulatory-compliant processes, manage projects, and drive cross-functional execution.
•Strong analytical skills and a program management mindset, with the ability to monitor and measure results.
