Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate a heavy vehicle according to applicable state and federal transportation laws, transporting loads safely and on time along required routes.
  • •Maneuver truck and trailer into loading and unloading areas, following loading crew signals.
  • •Assist with loading and unloading using specialized equipment when warranted, including returning equipment to designated areas.
  • •Maintain shipping documentation (signed invoices, bills of lading, and required paperwork) and deliver documentation when the route is complete.
  • •Facilitate routine service on trucks (e.g., checking oil, water, gasoline, and air) and report maintenance malfunctions to the Shipping Supervisor.

Key Requirements
