Produce CEO and board-level performance reporting, manage Opex/CAPEX variance reviews, and support cost optimization with department heads. Oversee monthly book closing, IFRS/Ind AS reporting packs, statutory accounts and audits, internal financial reporting controls, internal audit points, and income/direct & indirect tax compliances under the port concession framework.
