Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the agile delivery cadence for one or both synthetic data workstreams (Workbench and/or Digital Twins).
  • •Turn strategy and research goals into a clear, prioritised Jira backlog with epics, stories, acceptance criteria, and dependencies.
  • •Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews/demos, backlog refinement, and retrospectives with actionable follow-through.
  • •Maintain high-quality Jira ticket hygiene, including definition of ready/done, right-sized scopes, and clear ownership.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional delivery with Product, Engineering, DS/ML, Research Methodology, Security, and Privacy; support release management and delivery transparency.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience as a TPM/Delivery Lead/Scrum Master in a technical environment, with platforms/APIs and data/ML engineering strongly preferred.
  • •Deep hands-on capability with Jira and Confluence to build workflows, dashboards, and project structure.
  • •Proven experience running two-week sprint cadences with measurable outcomes and continuous improvement via retros.
  • •Excellent stakeholder management to align research, product, and engineering and keep decisions moving.
  • •Clear communication across technical and non-technical groups, with strong written documentation habits.
