Job Summary

As an HR Business Partner for Adyen’s Tech teams in EMEA, you will partner with managers to drive talent development, employee relations, engagement and performance management. You’ll coach leaders on local processes, collaborate with global HR and Centers of Expertise, leverage data to scale, and advocate for a diverse, high-performance culture while aligning with regional practices and core values.

Key Responsibilities

•Be an effective sparring partner for team leads on all things related to people including team growth and development
•Coach and provide HR expertise to business leaders and local leadership on local processes to better manage their teams
•Collaborate with a global, cross-functional HR Centers of Expertise to develop, enhance and launch initiatives that meet the evolving needs of our business and provide our employees a seamless employment experience
•Leverage data to identify and act on opportunities that point to better ways of doing things as we scale
•Manage performance assessment process and offer support in growth conversations

Key Requirements

•You have at least 3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a high-paced environment with managers and leaders
•Strong understanding of Dutch and European labor-related legislation
•Able to build trust quickly and act as a trusted business advisor at different levels of the organization
•Able to challenge the status quo with managers and define new solutions to old problems
•Able to discuss people’s challenges and implications driving local initiatives (retention, engagement, performance, compensation, labor matters) to influence leaders' decisions
