Job Summary

Supervise maintenance activities in a manufacturing environment by driving safety compliance, maintaining EHS plans, and ensuring all work orders and documentation are completed accurately. Lead continuous improvement and Lean execution in the assigned area, coordinate with production to support smooth metal flow, resolve conflicts and implement corrective actions, and ensure each shift is properly staffed and scheduled. Monitor quality standards, manage parts procurement, and deliver daily and monthly safety meetings.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and achieve the EHS plan for the department.
•Ensure compliance with Constellium policies, procedures, and regulations.
•Lead Continuous Improvement and Lean initiatives in the assigned area.
•Coordinate with the Production Supervisor to maintain efficient metal flow throughout the department.
•Ensure shifts are staffed correctly, manage equipment assignments, and deliver daily Toolbox Talks and monthly safety meetings.

Key Requirements

•5 years’ experience in a related industrial environment (preferred).
•Strong management skills in a Union environment (preferred).
•Effective conflict resolution strategies (required).
•Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment (required).
•Experience with continuous improvement and Lean principles; working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Excel.
