Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and achieve the EHS plan for the department.
  • •Ensure compliance with Constellium policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • •Lead Continuous Improvement and Lean initiatives in the assigned area.
  • •Coordinate with the Production Supervisor to maintain efficient metal flow throughout the department.
  • •Ensure shifts are staffed correctly, manage equipment assignments, and deliver daily Toolbox Talks and monthly safety meetings.

Key Requirements

  • •5 years’ experience in a related industrial environment (preferred).
  • •Strong management skills in a Union environment (preferred).
  • •Effective conflict resolution strategies (required).
  • •Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment (required).
  • •Experience with continuous improvement and Lean principles; working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Excel.
