Key Responsibilities

  • •Define the IA adoption strategy by assessing organizational maturity, building roadmaps aligned with business goals, and identifying value levers for AI usage.
  • •Frame and prioritize AI use cases with high impact, structure implementation trajectories, and evaluate value across PoC to industrialization while controlling AI-related costs.
  • •Redesign business processes as needed to align with business and organizational needs.
  • •Structure AI governance and operating models by defining target models, trusted AI principles, and roles/responsibilities.
  • •Support transformation and adoption of AI by fostering user uptake, change management, and knowledge capitalization within the advisory entity.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in engineering, data, AI, information systems or digital transformation (BAC+5)
  • •At least 5 years of experience in a consulting firm
  • •Strong knowledge of data and AI ecosystems and associated tech stacks
  • •Fluent in English; good working knowledge of French in an international context
  • •Experience translating business needs into AI-enabled solutions and managing stakeholder expectations
