Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver Copilot Studio training sessions, demos, and hands-on walkthroughs, including introductory sessions, guided labs, and Q&A.
  • •Create and maintain training materials such as session decks, lab exercises, sample data, quick-reference guides, FAQs, and recorded walkthroughs.
  • •Build and keep simple Copilot Studio agents working for demos, labs, and training scenarios.
  • •Provide adoption support (drop-ins, office hours, floor-walking) to help users get their first agents working and answer questions.
  • •Support requirement gathering and UAT by attending workshops/meetings, writing and executing test cases, logging defects, and coordinating with business users through testing.

Key Requirements

  • •0–1 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, training, functional support, technology, or a similar role; fresh graduates encouraged.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
  • •Confidence presenting to groups and communicating clearly with different audiences, including explaining concepts in simple terms.
  • •Interest in AI and Microsoft technologies, with a willingness to learn Copilot Studio (prior Copilot Studio experience is advantageous but not required).
  • •Basic working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools, especially Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; strong documentation skills.
