Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide on-the-job training to customers in maintenance and operation techniques for UAS repair, including test equipment, adjustment, calibration, spares recommendations, troubleshooting and inspection methods.
  • •Develop and maintain field support processes to accelerate escalation and debugging workflows.
  • •Reduce technical escalations into engineering by implementing effective triage and resolution techniques.
  • •Become a certified Skydio UAS Operator and Trainer to maintain advanced product enablement and troubleshooting proficiency.
  • •Provide on-site technical support and initiate corrective actions for maintenance, repair and replacement issues.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years experience as a Field Support Representative operating on, repairing and maintaining UAS for large clients, preferably with government or military customers.
  • •Ability to travel up to 80%+ Globally to provide field support to Federal and Defense customers.
  • •Adept at technical troubleshooting, problem-solving, and familiar with triage and escalation workflows.
  • •Assertive self-starter with excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • •Existing or prior security clearance is preferred.
