People Operations & Learning Design Specialist

Own HR systems and learning operations by administering UKG and other HR systems and managing the organization’s Learning Management System. Design and build engaging training (e-learning, videos, documents, knowledge checks) for staff, interns, and provider partners using instructional design best practices. Drive project management for People Team initiatives, coordinating with IT and business stakeholders while tracking timelines, risks, and reporting.
