Key Responsibilities

  • •Own internal events end-to-end: plan, execute, and iterate on events such as Summer Synergy, team on-sites, local meetups, and recurring virtual programming (Big Donuts, lunch & learns, happy hours, socials).
  • •Run core culture programs: manage tenure and life-gifting programs, Value Awards, and the rituals that recognize BioRender’s people.
  • •Partner with managers: lead manager culture training and help new/existing managers model company values and use available tools to lead their teams well.
  • •Measure what's working: track engagement, gather feedback, and use insights to prioritize future initiatives.
  • •Partner across the business: collaborate with founders, People team, and Office & Events to maintain a consistent, high-quality employee experience across everything shipped.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience planning and executing internal events and culture programs in startup, agency, or hospitality settings.
  • •Strong program management and operational skills with the ability to run multiple programs in parallel and ship on time.
  • •Excellent stakeholder management, comfortable working directly with founders and executives, and able to influence across levels.
  • •Ability to measure engagement and gather feedback to inform prioritization and decision-making.
  • •Willingness to roll up sleeves and execute; comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities, with a bias for taking ideas to action.
