•Coach the team on goals and performance; support recruitment, onboarding, role modeling, feedback, and ongoing training.
•Supervise opening/closing procedures including cash handling, bank deposits, register operations, and key-holding responsibilities.
•Oversee operational excellence: POS transactions and inventory functions, maintain an organized stockroom, and drive omni-channel/virtual selling including live-stream shopping.

Key Requirements

•Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff and confidently navigate the sales floor.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
•Strong English language proficiency and social media literacy; comfort with omni-channel/virtual selling tools and clienteling systems.
