  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
  • •Strong analytical skills to interpret legal documents (indentures) and loan/portfolio data for CLOs and leveraged loan facilities.
  • •Strong experience in collateral testing (coverage, quality tests, limitations, borrowing base calcs) plus waterfall mechanics and interest/principal payments.
  • •Intermediate experience with SQL and Excel, and data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI; Solvas/CDO Suite/WSO required.
