Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage client account HSE programs and provide compliance support for O&G sector projects.
  • •Verify/audit client requirement compliance, including implementation of practices, KPI tracking, and reporting procedures.
  • •Develop and administer client-specific HSE training and safety campaigns; support cascading communications and alerts.
  • •Lead incident investigation, care management support, corrective action tracking, and deliverables aligned to client incident reporting requirements.
  • •Oversee HSE staffing for regional projects and conduct site visits, safety reviews, and pre-work hazard assessment and mitigation planning support.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Occupational Health, Safety, Engineering, or Environmental Sciences.
  • •10+ years of combined experience in HSE.
  • •Working knowledge of US regulations (OSHA, CFR, etc.).
  • •Experience with hazard identification, development of HSE controls, and incident investigation.
  • •Professional designations (OHST, ASP, CSP, PE, CIH) and/or HAZWOPER/OSHA 10/30 training (preferred).
