Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end commercial relationships with strategic electromechanical suppliers, including sourcing strategy, negotiations, cost management, and performance.
  • •Lead supplier engagement across the NPI lifecycle to support product launches, manufacturing readiness, capacity planning, and supply continuity.
  • •Build and manage strategic relationships with global suppliers and manufacturing partners, primarily across Asia, driving performance and continuous improvement.
  • •Partner cross-functionally with Hardware Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and Program Management to identify risks, resolve issues, and deliver on schedule.
  • •Develop commodity strategies and drive supplier performance through business reviews, KPI management, and data-driven decisions.
Travel: Medium travel

Salary: USD 150,000 - 195,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related technical field; Electrical or Mechanical Engineering background is a plus.
  • •5+ years of experience in Global Supply Management, Strategic Sourcing, or Commodity Management supporting high-volume consumer electronics/hardware.
  • •Experience leading suppliers through fast-paced New Product Introduction (NPI) and production ramp.
  • •Experience managing overseas supplier relationships, particularly across Asia, including component suppliers and manufacturing partners.
  • •Strong commercial, analytical, and negotiation skills balancing cost, quality, delivery, and supply continuity.
