Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and maintain the multi-year roadmap for Oracle Fusion and related finance applications, aligning releases and enhancements to business priorities and technology strategy.
  • •Partner with Accounting and Finance leadership to define measurable business capabilities and outcomes based on strategic objectives, pain points, regulatory requirements, and growth needs.
  • •Lead business analysis and functional delivery of Oracle Fusion implementations, module deployments, upgrades, and ongoing optimization from discovery through stabilization.
  • •Direct end-to-end program leadership across requirements, process design, fit-gap analysis, integrations, testing, training, cutover, go-live, and post-production support.
  • •Hire, coach, and develop business analysts; establish governance, intake/prioritization, quality standards, and service metrics for operational excellence and incident response.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Eight or more years of progressive business analysis and ERP delivery experience, including finance systems and enterprise applications transformation.
  • •Three or more years leading people/workstreams/programs or leading a business analysis function in complex, cross-functional environments.
  • •Demonstrated experience delivering/supporting major ERP platforms and related financial applications across the system lifecycle.
  • •Strong end-to-end Accounting and Finance process knowledge (GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, cash management, close/consolidation, intercompany, procurement, tax, and financial reporting).
  • •Working knowledge of system integrations (APIs, middleware, master data) and controls/compliance including SOX and segregation of duties.
