Key Responsibilities

•Provide onsite support to upgrade approximately 5,800 cellular devices, including processing orders, receiving shipments, updating inventory, labeling packages, transporting devices for tagging and activation, and delivering to the customer’s Service Desk Tier 2 teams.
•Utilize inventory and office automation tools to track, report, and archive pertinent data and status.
•Assist with contract LCAT requirements and apply fundamental concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on technical assignments under supervision.
•Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and handoff of devices for activation and support.
•Maintain accurate records of inventory and device movement to support reporting and auditing.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 63,312 - 85,658 annually

•1+ years of related experience.
•Strong knowledge of network infrastructures, network systems, onsite support.
•Ability to utilize inventory and office automation tools to track, report and archive data and status.
•An associate’s degree in a related field may substitute for 2 years of experience and a bachelor’s degree may substitute for 3 years of experience.
•Onsite support experience and willingness to work in a hands-on logistics role.
