•Serve as functional lead for ADP Workforce Software and other solutions across the workforce management portfolio.
•Partner with HR, Payroll, and Operations stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable system solutions.
•Manage technical delivery through Application Managed Services (AMS) and/or offshore technical teams with effective governance.
•Own system governance and compliance across geographies, supporting accurate pay outcomes and adherence to labor laws and pay policies.
•Oversee system performance and integration health (e.g., Workday, payroll, scheduling tools), and drive continuous improvement using data and analytics.
