Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead delivery, operational health, and strategic evolution of the Bank’s IAM program, serving as liaison between IAM Engineering and IAM Operations.
  • •Provide oversight for SailPoint ISC, Okta Workforce Identity, Delinea PAM, and service account management solutions to ensure availability, scalability, security, and compliance.
  • •Own and execute the IAM roadmap, including application onboarding initiatives and cross-functional IAM projects.
  • •Manage the IAM platform lifecycle—upgrades, integrations, feature adoption, and lifecycle management activities.
  • •Lead and mentor a team of approximately eight IAM engineers while managing contractors and vendor relationships to meet delivery expectations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • •5+ years of Identity & Access Management or Cybersecurity experience.
  • •7+ years of leadership/management or technical team leadership experience.
  • •Experience leading engineering teams supporting enterprise IAM platforms and working with SailPoint, Okta, Delinea, or equivalents.
  • •Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
