Lead speaking and thought leadership motions, employer activations, and CRM hygiene, bringing market intelligence back into go-to-market decisions.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and own field marketing strategy for Lime for Business across priority markets, focusing on awareness, meetings, qualified leads, pipeline creation, and customer expansion.
•Plan and execute high-impact in-person and hybrid programs (trade shows, hosted events, roundtables, speaking opportunities, launches, customer showcases, employer activations).
•Create a repeatable event-led lead generation motion connecting pre-event targeting, on-site engagement, and post-event follow-up to measurable pipeline outcomes.
•Partner with Sales to identify target accounts, priority verticals, and event-driven “right to win” opportunities.
•Maintain CRM and campaign hygiene, define success metrics, and feed event and market intelligence back into go-to-market decisions.

Key Requirements

•Experience marketing transportation, travel, mobility, workplace, benefits/HR, sustainability, logistics, or similar solutions into complex organizations.
•Strong understanding of how benefits, transportation, workplace, facilities, HR, and sustainability leaders evaluate and buy services.
•Ability to create structure in ambiguity and manage end-to-end event strategy, briefs, vendor booking, run-of-show, and post-event pipeline reporting.
