Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete client transactions efficiently while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of assigned monies.
  • •Engage and educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
  • •Support the team sales process through outbound calling, checking for client offers, and identifying needs or opportunities.
  • •Apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions to client needs.
