Implementation Manager

Own end-to-end Benchling customer implementations, from kickoff and requirements analysis through solution design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live. Lead rollout plans and ensure deployments are delivered on time, on budget, and to high quality. Partner with customers’ research scientists to understand scientific workflows, apply Benchling best practices, and advocate for product improvements—while coordinating enterprise training and expansion opportunities post go-live.
