Key Responsibilities

  • •Source and prioritize events; own a rolling 12-month event calendar and align with ICP/revenue goals
  • •Negotiate sponsorships, booth space, speaking slots, and vendor contracts to maximize value
  • •Plan and execute end-to-end event logistics including booth design, swag, collateral, and travel
  • •Be on-site at events; manage setup/teardown and ensure strong on-site presence
  • •Drive pipeline with sales by booking pre-show meetings, capturing leads, and ensuring rapid follow-up

Key Requirements
