Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, full stack engineers, and investment professionals to build AI-based tools using structured and alternate data sources.
•Rapidly prototype new solutions and use AI-assisted coding to accelerate the idea-to-MVP cycle.
•Develop and refine the Generative AI platform by creating system prompts, implementing agentic workflows, and adding LLM-integrated features.
•Code and deliver cloud-native microservices and micro-UI components that integrate with AI orchestration layers.
•Build validations, evaluations, and guardrails for custom agents, and apply AI-first engineering principles to scale agentic systems while maintaining high code quality through automation and testing.

Key Requirements

•3–5 years of experience building AI applications, with a portfolio showing functional, creative AI work.
•Proficiency in Python for AI/backend and TypeScript/React for frontend.

•Exposure to (or strong desire to learn) Copilot Studio, AgentCore, LangGraph, LangSmith, and agentic design patterns.
