Key Responsibilities

  • •Own application excellence for the installed base, including driving high utilization, recipe setup/maintenance, and tool-to-tool matching.
  • •Drive bug fixes and new features through the SO system and handle emergency service calls as required.
  • •Lead NPI engagement via HMI demos and customer-site evaluation, and execute H2H at the customer site.
  • •Create BKM entries and share knowledge, and collect/analyze use cases as part of customer intelligence.
  • •Prepare and execute EBI at the customer site; collaborate with account teams and marketing to define meeting customer requirements and configure tool-of-record; provide application training to customers.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Physics or Engineering.
  • •Minimum 3 years of SEM inspection experience, especially on voltage-contrast use cases.
  • •Experience defining market needs from a deep understanding of customers, applications, and products.
  • •Ability to perform detailed data analysis and create experiment summary presentations.
  • •Hands-on knowledge with software/technical tools and experience designing experiments for various use cases.
