Key Responsibilities

  • •Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve cloud-based incidents and problems, including alert monitoring and RCA.
  • •Manage and administer VMware/Hyper-V environments and related virtualization infrastructure components.
  • •Design, deploy, and operate AWS/Azure infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability.
  • •Administer enterprise storage and backup/recovery solutions, including LUN and share permissions management, and disaster recovery testing.
  • •Mentor and guide L1/L2 engineers, deliver knowledge sharing, and support change/service management and client optimization opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •6 to 10 years of experience in cloud and virtualization infrastructure.
  • •Strong expertise managing VMware infrastructure and virtualization environments (vSphere/vSAN/NSX/vROps).
  • •Hands-on Windows Server administration, including Active Directory and high-availability/cluster management.
  • •Experience designing, deploying, and operating cloud solutions on AWS and/or Azure, including security and scaling.
  • •Ability to troubleshoot high-severity incidents, perform RCA, and support change/service management with SLA adherence.
