Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage follow-up maintenance transactions from origination through customer unit custody by the repair technician.
  • •Oversee assigned projects when applicable and handle advanced/complex issues with limited supervision.
  • •Maintain timely, accurate documentation and customer contact notes in Cox Fleet systems.
  • •Provide excellent customer service for internal and external customer calls; build positive customer rapport.
  • •Schedule preventative maintenance and coordinate with Field Operations to assign the right technicians; continuously improve dispatching and service scheduling capabilities.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma/GED and 7 years’ experience in a related field, or 5 years’ with additional degree/certification, or 9 years’ experience in a related field.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • •Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally, build relationships, and act as a trusted partner.
  • •Strong organizational skills to balance multiple tasks.
  • •Strong Excel and data entry skills; ability to learn Cox Fleet IT systems (including Web Wrench, MobileFrame, RO Writer).
