•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
•Maintain knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend solutions using the value proposition.
•Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to reach out to customers and schedule periodic financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to the existing customer base and perform outside sales activities, including community financial literacy events and business sales calls.
•Process teller transactions and support platform staff while meeting production goals, following policies to mitigate fraud and manage risk, and keeping customer information confidential.

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience with transferrable skills (or a combination of education and experience).
•Ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new consumer household and small business customers and/or cross-sell to existing customers.
•Understanding of advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
•Working knowledge of Retail policies and procedures to make sound judgments.
•S.A.F.E. Act registration at time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
