Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead cost management delivery across fit-out packages within large aviation estates.
  • •Manage cost planning, estimating, budget control, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
  • •Oversee procurement strategies, tender documentation and evaluation, and contract negotiations.
  • •Provide cost advice and commercial guidance to clients, project teams, and operational stakeholders.
  • •Manage change control, risk management, value engineering, cost forecasting, and ensure compliance with governance and programme controls.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience delivering high-quality cost management/quantity surveying services on Cat A and Cat B fit-out projects for corporate clients.
  • •Advanced ability with Microsoft Excel to create cost models.
  • •Experience using digital software to deliver cost management services.
  • •Ability to manage and prioritise more than one project at a time.
  • •Working towards a professional qualification (RICS or similar), with a degree or HNC level qualification; aviation experience is desirable.
