•Analyze inspection data to perform root cause analysis, support SPC initiatives, and conduct capability studies.
•Collaborate with Design and Manufacturing Engineers to provide DFM/DFI feedback on new products.
•Interpret engineering drawings and 3D CAD models to create inspection plans that validate GD&T requirements.
•Generate inspection reports and present findings to cross-functional teams to drive corrective actions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 47.12 - 62.5 hourly

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience in a manufacturing, quality, or metrology engineering role.
•Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related engineering field (or equivalent experience).
•Strong proficiency in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) per ASME Y14.5.
•Hands-on experience with metrology software (PC-DMIS or Polyworks) and ability to become proficient in others.
•Experience working in a manufacturing environment governed by a formal Quality Management System (e.g., AS9100 or ISO 9001).
