Lead Engineer – Subsea Distribution Systems (M/F/D)

Drive technical delivery for subsea power and control systems by owning the design and execution of subsea distribution technologies. In the Baker Hughes Subsea Engineering division, you’ll establish requirements, lead CAD-based design development and documentation, coordinate interfaces across teams, and run design reviews. You’ll also monitor budgets and engineering plan progress, manage engineering suppliers technically, support program management and bid teams, and back sourcing during procurement, manufacturing, and testing.
