Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and develop training programs, refreshers, onboarding modules, job aids, and assessments for internal support teams and vendor partners.
  • •Convert complex workflows, SOPs, and product changes into clear, practical, learner-friendly training materials.
  • •Facilitate training sessions and onboarding programs, providing coaching, actionable feedback, and observation of delivery.
  • •Maintain training materials accuracy with version control, change logs, and updated content as processes, tools, and policies change.
  • •Use QA findings, CSAT signals, and ticket trends to identify training gaps and recommend the appropriate intervention to your manager.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: PHP 1,092,400 - 1,638,600

Key Requirements

  • •Proven ability to learn new processes quickly and translate operational context into training others can apply immediately.
  • •Proven hands-on experience in a training or learning design role, preferably in a customer support environment, including facilitating, coaching, observing, and giving actionable feedback.
  • •Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
  • •Excellent facilitation, coaching, observation, and presentation skills, including remote delivery.
  • •Advanced English and clear written and verbal communication adaptable to different audiences.
