Set the digital strategy for end-to-end technical operations across manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and IT/OT. Define a “digital North Star,” build an integrated investment portfolio and roadmap, and govern measurable outcomes through executive scorecards. Orchestrate connected factory and supply chain initiatives to deliver real-time visibility, evolve operating models and funding, and drive adoption of new digital ways of working. Partner across industry and external agencies to advance data governance and AI-enabled advanced analytics for rare disease operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Define the end-to-end digital strategy (“digital North Star”) aligned to business goals and priorities.
•Build and maintain an integrated digital investment portfolio and sequenced roadmap balancing speed, risk, capacity, and value realization.
•Establish value metrics and governance, maintain a transparent scorecard, and report quarterly progress to executive forums.
•Lead connected factory and supply chain initiatives end-to-end, aligning manufacturing sites, quality, supply chain, and IT/OT for real-time visibility and value.
•Evolve the operating model and funding approach and sponsor change networks, training, communications, and adoption to sustain new ways of working.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 15 years leading broad digital transformation, preferably across end-to-end supply chain, manufacturing, quality/QC in biopharma or highly regulated manufacturing.
•Deep understanding of supply chain, planning, manufacturing, quality/QC, logistics, and customer connectivity, and how digital enables end-to-end value.
•Ability to set vision and strategy, translate into actionable portfolios and roadmaps, and deliver measurable outcomes at enterprise scale.
•Exceptional communication and executive presence; simplify complexity into compelling narratives that secure buy-in across senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
•Hands-on leadership of change management, adoption, and benefits realization in complex organizations.
