Reliability Engineer, Satellite Systems (Starshield)

Investigate, analyze, and track on-orbit hardware failures across the Starshield satellite constellation. Work cross-team with electrical, mechanical, thermal, software, test, operations, and production engineers to drive root cause analysis and eliminate failure sources. Build monitoring systems and improve the feedback loop using data from in-orbit operations and ground testing, delivering data-driven insights to strengthen design and production reliability.
