•Develop and manage network lab environments for testing, validation, certification, and proof-of-concept initiatives.
•Evaluate and validate network hardware, software, firmware, and infrastructure upgrades prior to production deployment.
•Create and execute test plans and ensure network performance, scalability, reliability, security, and compliance requirements are met.
•Troubleshoot complex network issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to improve stability, availability, and automation/orchestration outcomes.

•Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
•At least 5 years of total IT experience.
•At least 5 years managing day-to-day delivery of network services to clients.
•Expertise in enterprise networking technologies including routing/switching, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, VXLAN, EVPN, LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, and wireless.
•Hands-on experience with Cisco networking platforms such as Catalyst, Nexus, ACI, ISE, DNA Center, and Meraki.
