Engineering Manager

Lead end-to-end engineering and instrumentation (E/I) project execution, driving engineering excellence, compliance, and delivery aligned to sales, operating margin, and asset performance goals. You’ll manage a diverse engineering team, coordinate pre-bid engineering, budgeting, and document submissions, and partner across Projects, Procurement, Finance, Sales, and Field Services. Represent Emerson with customers and stakeholders, oversee FAT/SAT activities, and promote continuous improvement in engineering practices.
