Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of field programs across the western U.S. (dinners, roundtables, workshops, conferences, roadshows).
•Build and manage a regional field marketing calendar aligned with sales leadership and demand generation, prioritizing markets and accounts.
•Set and manage pipeline targets, designing engagement strategies before, during, and after events to maximize conversion and sales follow-through.
•Partner with sales and BDR teams to build targeted invite lists and drive attendance from priority accounts and partners.
•Manage sponsorships, venues/vendors, speakers, and third-party event investments; track and report ROI, pipeline attribution, and engagement metrics.

Travel: High travel

Salary: USD 127,000 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5-7 years of field marketing experience, driving pipeline through field programs (prior tech company experience preferred).
•A highly self-directed, execution-oriented mindset for complex programs, including creating workflows, standards, and tools.
•Strong prioritization and project management skills to optimize speed, cost, and quality across multiple programs, regions, and stakeholders.
•Excellent stakeholder skills to influence sales leaders and collaborate with marketing peers, vendors, and partners.
•Comfort with data and marketing/event tech stacks (Salesforce, HubSpot, Swoogo or similar), using metrics to improve ROI (AI experience and Claude Code are a plus).
