Key Responsibilities

  • •Confidently repair basic and major mechanical issues and perform electrical and mechanical diagnosis.
  • •Maintain strong knowledge of High Voltage (HV), Low Voltage (LV), and general electric vehicle systems.
  • •Follow repair order documentation procedures and accurately document customer vehicle interactions using the required software suite.
  • •Effectively communicate and collaborate with service team members and customers to support service delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to use Microsoft Office and learn proprietary DMS software.
  • •EPA 609 Certification, plus willingness to complete Lucid CPR training post-hire.
