Job Summary

Provide Level 2 onsite technical support for enterprise network and infrastructure services, including LAN/WAN/Wireless, IP telephony/unified communications, AV/video conferencing, firewalls, building security systems, and telecommunications/cabling. Perform troubleshooting, fault isolation, migrations, upgrades, and emergency restorations. Own incident, problem, and change handling within SLA using ITIL processes, escalate complex cases to Level 3/vendors, and maintain technical documentation and runbooks while coordinating with customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide Level 2 onsite support for network and infrastructure technologies (LAN/WAN/Wireless, IP telephony/UC, AV/video conferencing, firewalls, building security, and telecommunications/cabling).
•Perform fault isolation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for incidents and service degradations.
•Execute network changes, migrations, upgrades, and installations according to change management processes.
•Handle incidents and service requests within SLA timelines, escalating complex issues to Level 3 teams or vendors with proper documentation.
•Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, network diagrams, and update incident records, change logs, and asset information in ticketing systems.

Key Requirements

•Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
•3–5 years of hands-on onsite network/infrastructure support in enterprise or managed services environments.
•Solid understanding of LAN/WAN and wireless networking concepts.
•Knowledge of IP telephony/VoIP fundamentals and AV/video conferencing technologies.
•Experience using ITSM/ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and familiarity with ITIL processes.
