Join Typeform's People Systems, Analytics & Operations team as a People Systems Lead for a 12-month FTC. You will map and optimize end-to-end HR processes, connect workflows with HiBob and automation, and scale employee experiences across US-based operations. This hands-on role combines process design with system improvements to drive operational excellence as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze, design, and improve end-to-end People processes; map and evaluate processes, identify inefficiencies and opportunities for simplification; translate improvements into system enhancements and automation
•Operate and improve People systems; ensure HRIS reflects well-designed processes and support workflow enhancements
•Ensure data quality and operational rigor; own data accuracy and support reporting in partnership with People Analytics and Finance
•Enhance employee experience through operations; act as a primary contact for employee inquiries and drive friction-point improvements
•Drive continuous improvement; identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual work, and support cross-functional initiatives

Key Requirements

•Experience in People Operations, HR Shared Services, or HR Operations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
•Strong systems thinking mindset—you naturally look at processes end-to-end, understand dependencies, and design improvements that scale
•Experience improving or redesigning People/HR processes, ideally with a focus on automation and tooling
•Strong working knowledge of HR systems (HiBob or similar HRIS) and data management
•Proven experience supporting multi-country populations (US + Europe)
